Psychologist’s studies show that 2 out of 3 women become depressed when they see themselves nude in a full – length mirror. As it turns out, how we see our selves and others have a direct impact on our mental and physical well – being. People who have a misconstrued view of themselves usually have a low self – esteem. According to my clients one of the aspects to improving your self esteem should be to change how you see your self, and for many people this means transforming the body image to fit their individual expectation.
